Minimum qualifications:

- 2 years of experience in digital media, sales, marketing, or product roles.
- Experience working with digital organizations.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience with Google and YouTube’s ad solutions and value proposition in the market, with a specialization in creative ads products and generative AI.
- Experience in the creative development process and the creative ecosystem.
- Experience providing data driven, actionable insights to shape pitches or narratives.

Google's Large Customer Sales (LCS) teams are strategic partners and industry thought leaders to the world's leading brands and agencies. We continuously challenge how customers think about their business and how Google can support growth. We focus on helping these players navigate profound industry shifts and drive outsized business performance by competitively selling Google's full suite of advertising solutions across Search, YouTube, Measurement, and more. As a member of our LCS team, you'll have the unique opportunity to sell at the forefront of technology, collaborating with executives, influencing market-shaping strategies, and delivering tangible results that significantly impact major global businesses and drive the growth of Google.
Responsibilities
- Provide bespoke, high-touch support for top customers to unlock YouTube-first campaigns and land larger budgets.
- Analyze creative health across active media and pitch optimizations using our full suite of creative offerings.
- Activate priority tech and creative partners and AI4M/ Gemini opportunities to drive sustainable, scaled creative behaviours.
- Lead "Creative Headroom" projects by identifying data-led opportunities for growth. Use performance data to pinpoint where creative friction is limiting media spend and develop specific, data-backed projects to remove those barriers and capture new revenue.
- Serve as the definitive subject matter expert on how the influencer economy intersects with traditional media buying, as well as the role Google plays in powering the next generation of creative effectiveness.
