About the job

As a Manager of Organizational Effectiveness Programs, you are the operational engine behind the Cloud AI organization. You will understand the heavy lifting of performance cycles, headcount hygiene, and location strategy with precision and integrity. You will act as the vital link between executive leadership, HR, and the Cloud AI team. You will cultivate a welcoming, high-growth environment through tailored onboarding, manager enablement, and meaningful recognition.
