Media Effectiveness Specialist (English, Spanish)

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8 years of experience in digital media, sales, marketing, or product roles.
  • Experience working with digital organizations.
  • Experience identifying and recommending scalable solutions to improve customer strategy, and working with executive leadership.
  • Ability to communicate in English and Spanish fluently, as this is a customer-facing role that requires interactions with clients in Spain.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience recommending ways to improve product and customer strategy as well as dealing with and influencing executive advertiser/agency decision makers.
  • Experience developing customer relationships to influence measurement strategies.
  • Experience with definition and implementation of measurement strategy, including Marketing Mix Modeling, incrementality, attribution, online-to-offline, brand measurement and audience measurement.
  • Experience with people management.
  • Knowledge of measurement capabilities across ads and media platforms and an in-depth understanding of the current and recent changes of the digital ad ecosystem.
  • Ability to develop relationships with customers acting as a product subject-matter.

Google's Large Customer Sales (LCS) teams are strategic partners and industry thought leaders to the world's leading brands and agencies. Responsibilities

  • Consult with advertisers and agency partners to understand their measurement goals and assess how Google measurement products can effectively address their needs.
  • Define and execute strategies to enhance the use of measurement solutions to have a greater impact on Google's business.
  • Develop advanced measurement approaches including incrementality experiments, Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM), full funnel measurement, attribution, and reach studies to prove the value of Google advertising to our client's business.
  • Partner with sales teams to drive adoption of measurement solutions and convince advertiser stakeholders to apply learnings, insights and recommended actions.
  • Manage relationships with executive data and analytics contacts at relevant companies in the market.
