Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in program management, specifically within delivering technical programs.
- 5 years of experience with software development and managing execution of programs that span multiple engineering teams.
- Experience in supporting or leading projects within the Federal market.
- Experience leading projects in the cloud, to include in areas such as AI/ML.
- Active US Government TS/SCI clearance.
Preferred qualifications:
- 5 years of experience working cross-functionally in an integrated team composed of both technical and non-technical members.
- 3 years of experience in a sales organization or public procurement organization.
- Experience in designing and delivering applications on Cloud platforms.
- Experience in large-scale distributed systems.
- Experience in problem-solving within fluid and constantly changing environments.
- Experience in communicating technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

In this role, you will be responsible for driving the development and execution of both rapid experiments that feed into tactic business plays to enable Public Sector’s customer’s missions. You will work cross-functionally to operate across technology areas, and influence internal stakeholders within Go-to-Market and the Google Public Sector partner organization along with the Strategy and Technology teams.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $142,000-$211,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
- Own the execution of the building solutions for customers within the aligned area that you support through proactively integrating and advocating to deliver outcomes via both functional/experiential prototypes that translate into scalable, volume-based business plays.
- Build and apply agile methodologies in the delivery of all aspects to include, institutionalizing agile ceremonies.
- Coordinate with Sales Operations to deliver a metric-driven culture in the adoption and execution of business plays.
- Provide recommendations on integration strategies, enterprise architectures, platforms, and application infrastructure required to implement solutions, and advise customers on best practices to enhance Google Cloud effectiveness.
- Develop architectures, including cross-platform technologies, to be incorporated into business plays and subscription agreements. Take a mission-oriented approach using the guiding principles of simplicity, repeatability, and consumability.
