Analytical Consultant (English, Czech/Slovak)

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience in media analytics, advertising sales, digital media and marketing, consulting, or financial analysis.
  • Ability to communicate in English, Czech or Slovak fluently as this is a customer facing role.

Preferred qualifications:

  • 1 year of experience with marketing measurement and attribution techniques (e.g., offline measurement, MMM, MTA, attribution) and Google advertising products (e.g., Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Marketing Platform, etc).
  • 1 year of client-facing experience, with a track record of influencing across levels.
  • Knowledge of SQL, databases, and basic automation techniques (e.g., dashboards, automating custom reports, materializing tables).
  • Ability to analyze large datasets and distill them into actionable insights that are presented in a logical and compelling story.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with delivering simple and compelling stories to audiences of all levels.

As an Analytical Consultant, you practice and embody The Google Way of Selling in both internal and customer settings. You apply analytical frameworks and advanced data modeling to generate insights for business recommendations and evaluate various client business fundamentals to help accelerate client's growth and transformation. You will lead at least one client or partner engagement separately by building deep relationships and networks. You will identify methodologies for client partners on marketing and media analytics, measurement, and attribution to help them navigate industry standards and alternatives. You will develop customized sector analysis and opportunity forecasts to present them to the sales teams in advance of client-facing meetings. You will also engage in community contributions to improve and sustain our culture and operations making Google a better place to work.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with account executives or managers to identify and manage relationships with client/partner stakeholders across functions.
  • Assist in conducting ad hoc analysis/reports for customers including in-depth auction/industry analysis, test results, custom reporting, market share-based opportunity sizing, and scalable analysis, with minimal guidance.
  • Use measurement tools to add relevant, trustworthy data to clients/partners core planning processes. Help clients/partners develop and conduct measurement-focused studies/experiments.
  • Help demonstrate the business value of Google products (e.g., analytics, conversions, and attribution) to client/partner stakeholders. Help drive the adoption of Google products (e.g., analytics, conversions, and attribution) by clients/partners.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to help drive business growth with new and existing clients/partners. Support the development of sales pitch by adding relevant data to presentations and proposals using analytical tools and methods.
