Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience in software development.
- 5 years of experience with full stack development, across back-end such as Java, Kotlin, or Python codebases, and front-end experience including TypeScript or equivalent.
- 5 years of experience testing, and launching software products.
- 3 years of experience with software design and architecture.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master’s degree or PhD in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
- 8 years of experience building end-user-facing products.
- 3 years of experience in ML design and optimizing ML infrastructure (e.g., model deployment, model evaluation, data processing, debugging, fine tuning).
- Experience working with cross-functional leaders including product managers, data scientists, and UX designers across the globe.
- Excellent technical leadership skills, with the ability to define ideas, strategies, and priorities.
- Excellent technical communication and collaboration skills.

- Lead, design, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable, and reliable infrastructure and products.
- Drive and participate in the design, development, and delivery of AI/ML and agentic solutions for the product.
- Lead engineering excellence on the commerce platform, focusing on performance, reliability, monitoring, and testing.
- Define long-term strategy, drive technical direction, and guide the team to execute projects from ambiguous requirements to high-impact deliverables.
- Collaborate with data science, product management, and other cross-functional leaders to define the technical roadmap for the product.
