- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience in management consulting, sales operations, business strategy, investment banking, venture capital, private equity or product strategy, or 6 years of experience with an advanced degree.
- 4 years of experience working with executive stakeholders.
- Experience managing teams.
Preferred qualifications:
- MBA or graduate degree.
- Experience collaborating with multiple stakeholders across organizational boundaries.
- Experience in consultative sales, business development, or a digital media environment for an organization.
- Knowledge of the YouTube ecosystem.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to take ambiguous topics and turn them into compelling narratives for different audiences.
- Excellent problem solving skills.

The YouTube Business Central Strategy and Operations team is responsible for leading global, cross-functional, strategic initiatives to drive the unprecedented growth and health of the YouTube creator and partner ecosystem. The US base salary range for this full-time position is $174,000-$261,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Regional Product Activation leads.
- Work with Global Product Activation team and the YouTube Partnerships team to drive business outcomes and product adoption goals.
- Initiate, establish, and scale strategic initiatives, working with a broad stakeholder set.
- Partner with key stakeholders and cross-functional partners to drive alignment, strategic change management, and overall communications.
- Create a positive team environment.
