Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 6 years of experience in marketing working across one or more marketing fields (i.e. growth, product marketing, brand marketing, social).
- Experience in partner marketing with a focus on pipeline and business generation in the Public Sector.
- Experience with the Public Sector partner ecosystem and how to engage key partners.
- Experience managing marketing funding programs and driving measurable Return on Investment (ROI) using AI tools.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience specifically developing marketing strategy for U.S. State, Local, and Education (SLED) segments.
- Experience managing various partner types (Global System Integrator (GSI), Distribution, Relative Strength Index (RSI), Net Selling Price (NSP)) for technology solutions.
- Experience managing partner incentive programs (Market Development Funds (MDF), Public Provident Fund (PPF), Cooperative Funds (Co-Op)).
- Familiarity with leveraging AI for rapid content creation and partner enablement.
- Ability to collaborate with Field Sales, Ecosystem, and Field Marketing on joint market campaigns.
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration and executive stakeholder management skills with the ability to navigate in complex matrix environments.

The Google Public Sector Marketing team is the strategic engine dedicated to establishing Google Cloud as the premier technology partner for government and education. We operate at the intersection of innovation and mission impact, driving the adoption of secure, enterprise-grade solutions like Gemini for Government, Google Distributed Cloud, and Vertex AI.

Responsibilities
- Execute joint partner marketing plans to drive demand and accelerate pipeline for Google Cloud in SLED (State, Local, Education) segments.
- Develop the marketing goal for key SLED Partners, manage the partner portfolio, and advise on integrated campaigns and pipeline generation; leverage SLED partner ecosystem knowledge to provide data-driven insights to Partners and internal stakeholders, shaping joint value proposition messaging.
- Foster collaboration across Field Sales, Partner Sales Managers, and Field Marketing to measure, monitor, and optimize partner marketing impact on business results using AI tools.
- Manage and optimize Partner Incentive Programs (MDF, PPF, Co-Op), including budget, plan reviews, and compliance to drive measurable outcomes.
- Leverage AI/Gemini for rapid creation, localization, and sales enablement content (blogs, white papers), providing partners with co-brandable assets.
