Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 6 years of experience in management consulting, sales operations, business strategy, investment banking, venture capital, private equity, or corporate advisory, or 4 years of experience with an advanced degree.
Preferred qualifications:
- MBA or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience as a leader with excellent project management, problem solving, and data analysis skills to produce insights and recommendations.
- Experience in structuring and executing analyses to support strategy in a paced, constantly evolving environment.
- Experience in successfully managing ambitious, and operational projects with cross-functional teams.
- Experience with executive stakeholder management and executive communications.

The Business Strategy & Operations organization provides business critical insights using analytics, ensures cross functional alignment of goals and execution, and helps teams drive strategic partnerships and new initiatives forward. We stay focused on aligning the highest-level company priorities with effective day-to-day operations, and help evolve early stage ideas into future-growth initiatives.
In this role you will be required to develop solutions to ambiguous and visibility business problems and opportunities. You will be at the forefront of building and driving these solutions while working with business teams, influencing the goal setting, helping transform early stage ideas into future growth initiatives and much more.
The Go-to-Market Operations (GtM) team ensures Google's complex and ever-evolving Ads business runs smoothly. We are instrumental in setting go-to-market strategy, and ensuring flawless execution and operations against the strategy. We have teams embedded in each of the major Ads business areas as well as global teams that work across the business areas. Team members are analytical and strategic, with a pragmatic sense of how to get things done.
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $142,000-$211,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
- Define, launch, and drive priorities for gTech Ads, while acting as a partner to gTech Ads and gSO Ads leadership.
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders and leaders to gather relevant information, context, and drive business analysis with effective project communication and management.
- Identify and structure specific analyses to address, ambiguous and impactful business problems for gTech Ads, and drive to recommendations.
- Resolve issues based on robust problem structuring and data backed analysis and insights to enable decisions to the gTech Ads leadership.
- Drive initiatives, structuring efforts and programs to achieve a step change in business impact.
