Minimum qualifications:

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $101,000-$147,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

  • Establish and cultivate strategic customer partnerships, with an emphasis on working collaboratively with the MMS partner organization. Focus on creating mutually beneficial relationships that enhance overall customer success with customer practitioners and executives.
  • Leverage in-depth expertise in app solutions, optimization, customer growth mechanisms, and market trends to provide valuable insights to both partners and customers. Act as a subject matter expert in advising on app-related solutions.
  • Work in tandem with partners to identify and activate potential app customers through utilizing business acumen and executive selling.
  • Develop and execute effective upselling strategies that align with customers' business objects and drive customer success.
  • Collaborate with partners and internal teams to develop innovative solutions that meet the evolving needs of app users. Ensure that these solutions are aligned with both partner and organizational goals.
