Minimum qualifications:

  • 5 years of experience in AI, Tech and Product development Recruiting across EMEA markets, including the United Kingdom.
  • 3 years of recruiting experience at an agency or in-house recruiting team

Preferred qualifications:

  • 6 years of experience in full cycle recruiting within an agency or corporate setting.
  • 6 years of experience closing and negotiating complex compensation packages leveraging experience competing for talent.
  • Experience solving problems and delivering significant impact as a contributor.
  • Ability to grow customer relationship management, provide consultative skills, and work in a team environment.
  • Excellent accountability, work ethic, integrity, and organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, and the ability to take initiative and build productive relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a consultative partner to executive leadership, leveraging AI-powered talent intelligence platforms to advise on workforce planning and deliver data-driven insights on engaged market trends.
  • Understand clients organizational goals, influence team design and proactively building talent pipelines that directly align their strategic growth and long-term success.
  • Identify bottlenecks and leverage agentic workflows and AI-driven analytics to create a faster, smarter, and more scalable hiring process that delivers an unparalleled experience for both candidates and hiring leaders.
  • Navigate negotiations with empathy and precision, crafting offers that win the most sought-after AI pioneers while acting as a trusted advisor to the candidates and business.
