Agency and Partner Lead, Large Customer Sales

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 3 years of experience in digital media, advertising sales, or agency leadership
  • Experience with the YouTube ecosystem, creator trends, and the technical side of paid video media.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience with the Australian and New Zealand agency landscape, including how influencer agencies, Multi-Channel Networks (MCNs), and social platforms operate.
  • Experience managing and influencing organizations, and navigating agency structures to find decision-makers who control budgets.
  • Ability to interpret data and social signals to predict trends in the creator economy.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding commercial goals.
  • Strong public speaking and presentation skills; comfortable representing Google at industry events.
  • Excellent entrepreneurial mindset to build a new business area.

Google's Large Customer Sales (LCS) teams are strategic partners and industry thought leaders to the world's leading brands and agencies. We continuously challenge how customers think about their business and how
Google can support growth. We focus on helping these players navigate profound industry shifts and drive outsized business performance by competitively selling Google's full suite of advertising solutions across Search, YouTube, Measurement, and more. As a member of our LCS team, you'll have the unique opportunity to sell at the forefront of technology, collaborating with executives, influencing market-shaping strategies, and delivering tangible results that significantly impact major global businesses and drive the growth of Google.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and map the Influencer Marketing agency landscape in Australia and New Zealand (AUNZ) to find agencies and platforms managing social and paid media strategies for brands.
  • Build and maintain C-suite relationships with specialised influencer agencies, acting as a consultant to help them scale their businesses through YouTube.
  • Influence the adoption of YouTube’s paid media products (e.g., Shorts and Video Action Campaigns) within influencer-led campaigns to achieve business and growth goals.
  • Serve as the internal and external subject matter expert on how the influencer economy intersects with traditional media buying, and connect creator content with paid media performance.
  • Partner with the Google Ads and YouTube specialist teams to create unified "Go-to-Market" strategies that capture social-first budgets.
