As the Sales Manager, Customer Onboarding for the United States West region, you will lead a team of Account Managers. They will work with new customers to help them navigate through digital marketing, crafting marketing objectives, developing media strategies, and laying the foundation for sustainable success through strategic product sequencing. Additionally, you will be managing business operations and work with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to foster alignment and to drive business success.

In collaboration, we create and implement business plans broadly for all types of businesses.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $152,000-$228,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

  • Oversee business performance of assigned portfolio of accounts, achieve quarterly goals, and manage performance expectations with teams.
  • Partner across different sales teams to align and foster winning as a team to drive long-term customer sustainability.
  • Provide career coaching/performance feedback, and development opportunities on a regular basis, lead by example and inspire others by doing the right thing for clients.
  • Ensure a healthy pipeline and work side by side with your product promoters (meet clients/shadow calls/co-pitch) coaching to grow their business and product skills.
