Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8 years of experience in advertising, consultative sales, business development, online media environment, or marketing role.
  • Ability to communicate in Mandarin and English fluently to support client relationship management in this region.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience handling customer objections and providing tactical recommendations.
  • Experience in mobile, apps and digital advertising.
  • Experience in sales in the mobile industry.
  • Knowledge of Google App Solutions.
  • Ability to learn quickly and collaborate within a team environment.

In this role, you will engage with sophisticated mobile-first businesses, exceed growth goals, and drive change to accelerate Google’s position in the fluid and tactical business of app install. You will be part of a team dedicated to helping mobile application developers grow their business using Google products and services. You will take ownership of app install business in your assigned market from setting strategy and driving execution to reach the market growth goals. You will work dynamically with both new and existing customers to help grow their business by providing solutions and insights to drive app discovery and engagement. In this position, you will proactively reach out to both new and existing clients with solutions and insights, from account optimizations, to product betas, to tactical performance reviews.

Responsibilities

  • Work with mobile-first companies to help them reach the business growth goals.
  • Deliver against assigned sales goals consistently and manage the pipeline to develop a strategy for long-­term success.
  • Identify and pursue opportunities in the book of business, prioritize accounts, manage objections, and evaluate campaign efficiently.
  • Collaborate with mobile-focused cross-functional teams to identify potential opportunities and to develop client specific pitches, strategies and sales recommendations to realize mobile app developer clients success.
  • Strategize opportunities for growth across all of Google’s marketing products, including app campaigns, Google Search, the Google Display Network and YouTube.
