Staff Software Developer, Infrastructure, Conversational Agents and Dialogflow

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8 years of experience in software development.
  • 5 years of experience testing, and launching software products.
  • 5 years of experience building and developing large-scale infrastructure, distributed systems or networks, or with compute technologies, storage, or hardware developer.
  • 3 years of experience with software design and developer.
  • Experience with Apps Framework, Boq, Pod Spanner, One Platform.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Master’s degree or PhD in Development, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
  • 8 years of experience with data structures/algorithms.
  • 3 years of experience in a technical leadership role leading project teams and setting technical direction.
  • 3 years of experience working in an organization involving cross-functional or cross-business projects.
  • 2 years of experience with performance, large-scale systems data analysis, visualization tools, or debugging.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the translation of complex customer needs into system designs, evaluating alternatives and collaborating on long-term product roadmaps.
  • Take full ownership of critical projects in a high-speed environment, from initial scoping and rigorous estimation through to final execution.
  • Advocate operational excellence, driving innovation and high standards for product quality, reliability, and maintainability.
  • Mentor and develop junior team members while actively contributing to broader team plans, priorities, and developing culture.
  • Demonstrate a strong sense of ownership with a passion for innovation and the agility to master new technology stacks as business needs evolve.
