About the job

As a Silicon Engineering Intern, your team designs and builds the hardware, software, and networking technologies that power Google's services. You will design and build the systems for computing infrastructure. Your work has the potential to shape the machinery that goes into data centers affecting Google users. Interns have the opportunity to join several different teams.

As a Silicon Engineer, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with architects, implementation designers, verification engineers, and software engineers. The responsibilities may include but not limited to developing architecture models, analysis tools, building simulation infrastructure, pushing the boundaries of performance and efficiency, and driving architectural decisions of our silicon products.

The team that an intern may join is subject to project needs and intern's technical strength. Responsibilities may vary by specific team.
