Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 10 years of experience in quota-carrying cloud or software sales, or consultative account management at a Business-to-Business (B2B) software company.
- Experience with commercial and legal negotiations while working with procurement, legal, and business teams.
- Experience with engaging and building relationships with internal teams and customer stakeholders.
- Ability to communicate in English and Cantonese fluently, as this is a customer-facing role that requires interaction with local stakeholders.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience working with sales engineers and customer technical leads to inventory existing software estates, define migration plans, and build business cases for migrations.
- Experience with qualifying leads and presenting the value proposition of cloud, data, and AI technologies against customer's business opportunities and issues.
- Experience in leveraging C-level relationships with CIO, CMO, CEO, CFO executives to promote software against participants.
- Experience showcasing current technology trends and Google Cloud differentiators.
- Experience working across globally distributed teams internally and externally, and understanding of the FSI industry.
- Experience managing partners in implementation projects, including global system integrators and packaged software vendors.

Responsibilities
- Build executive relationships within a major banking customer, and influence direction while serving as a business partner.
- Negotiate and manage entire sales cycles, often presenting to C-level executives.
- Contribute to the overall account strategy in generating and developing business growth opportunities, working collaboratively with sales specialists, customer engineers, professional services organization, and Google partners all to maximize business results and open up opportunities.
- Understand major banking customer's growth plans and business drivers, technology strategy and engaging landscape.
- Drive business development, forecast accurately and achieve goals by leading customers through the entire business cycle.
