Program Manager, Advertiser Platform Infrastructure

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent practical experience.
  • 2 years of experience in program or project management.
  • Experience in stakeholder management, project execution, program analysis, change management communications.

Preferred qualifications:

  • 2 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across organizational boundaries, and build relationships to achieve broader organizational goals.
  • Ability to manage ambiguous strategic and operationally complex programs with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple assignments simultaneously, working separately and driving projects to completion with limited guidance and high attention to detail.
  • Excellent leadership, organization, and communication skills, with the ability to interact with technical and non-technical groups.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and manage key metrics to ensure the overall health and success of complex programs, particularly in advertiser platform infrastructure initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Engineering, Product, UX, Data Science, Technical Program Manager) to address process gaps, provide execution updates, and manage resource prioritization.
  • Drive project execution by creating and managing project plans, identifying cross-project dependencies, and mitigating risks to ensure smooth progress.
  • Lead program scoping and planning by setting milestones, managing integrated schedules, and tracking program progress to achieve timely outcomes.
  • Enhance operational models and tools to improve project predictability, implement automations, and ensure a positive experience for all stakeholders.
