Partner Program Manager, Google Public Sector

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 10 years of experience in program management, client services or management consulting.
  • Experience building programs for channel partners, systems integrators or resellers in public sector.
  • Experience working with executive-level clients or stakeholders, running periodic stakeholder engagements or steering committees.

Preferred qualifications:

  • MBA or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience in a business environment working either as an operations contributor or in a program management capacity supporting Government and Education customers.
  • Experience orchestrating across a diverse set of stakeholders and project managing complex work streams through to completion.
  • Experience with large data sets, synthesizing insights and recommending actions from data.
  • Ability to prioritize deliverables and make appropriate trade-offs when determining an action plan.

In this role, you will work with the partner team, Google cloud executives, and leaders to manage project status across work-streams. You will use your business acumen to leverage a deep understanding of processes to guide decision-making, solve problems, and provide insight and business judgment to support strategic initiatives.

You will oversee all aspects of the Google cloud sales channel programs and process, improving them with your insightful data analysis, troubleshooting, and seamless cross-functional teamwork. Your strategies ensure that companies new to Google products get quality customer support and that the Google cloud program overall is progressive.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $156,000-$234,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of projects across partner priorities.
  • Manage a key set of strategic partner projects.
  • Communicate with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
  • Facilitate risk management, identification, tracking, and mitigation.
  • Ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
