Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience in management consulting, sales operations, business strategy, investment banking, venture capital, private equity, or corporate advisory, or 6 years of experience with an advanced degree.
- 4 years of experience working with executive stakeholders.
Preferred qualifications:
- MBA.
- 2 years of experience in advertising, consultative sales, business development, or a digital media environment.
- 2 years of experience in people management.

The Business Strategy & Operations organization provides business critical insights using analytics, ensures cross functional alignment of goals and execution, and helps teams drive strategic partnerships and new initiatives forward. We stay focused on aligning the highest-level company priorities with effective day-to-day operations, and help evolve early stage ideas into future-growth initiatives.
The Global Product Solutions Strategy and Operations (GPS StratOps) team partners with each Global Product Solutions (GPS) leadership team and the regional GTM teams to drive strategic initiatives for Global Business Organization (GBO).
You will be the critical thought partner to the Managing Director, GPS Measurement and their leadership team, a product expert group that serves as point of contact for Sales to Product and shapes product direction. In particular, you will be responsible for leading a team of individual contributors. Once a year, you will lead annual planning, Product Objectives and Key Results (OKR) definition and goal setting for the Measurement GPS team. Throughout the year, you will quality control and coach the team on developing the business review content going to Google’s Chief Business Officer on a regular basis. You will help bring-to-market our performance advertising products across the Measurement advertising product portfolio. You will also lead cross-functional teams and projects as they collaborate across GPS, Product, Marketing, Sales, and Finance to provide strategies, operational planning, and insights that enable the commercialization of new and existing product lines, and support the Sales organization to deliver against our product adoption goals.

Responsibilities
- Lead and coach the Measurement Strategy and Operations team of product strategists.
- Be accountable for business partnering with the Measurement GPS leader, advising on product and go-to-market sales strategy, and ensuring operational excellence on the Measurement business.
- Assure quality and timely delivery of presentations for executive reviews, ranging from Business Forecast Meetings (BFMs) with Google’s Chief Business Officer to Steering Committee with cross-functional business leaders.
- Lead time-sensitive product strategy projects for Measurement by understanding context and developing a prioritized scope and approach for resolution in ambiguous situations, liaising across GTM, Sales Finance and Product as needed.
- Lead Measurement GPS annual planning and development of Product OKR metrics to track progress on GBO priorities throughout the business year across the Measurement portfolio.
