Minimum qualifications:

The Go-to-Market Operations (GTM) is a global team that serves as the strategy, operations, and product commercialization partner to Global Business Organization. The team ensures Google's complex and ever-evolving Ads business delivers strategic growth and operates effectively.

This team is responsible for setting go-to-market strategy, shaping priorities and resources to accelerate business growth, and commercializing the next generation of Ads products. This team plays an important role in building excellent go-to-market infrastructure from tooling to enhancing business skills to ensuring flawless execution and operations against desired business outcomes and priorities.

In this role, you will be responsible for leading cross-team strategies that act as the connective tissue between Product Management, regional Go-To-Market and in-country Specialist teams, and other GPS teams. You will work in close collaboration with our partners in-region to understand the specific needs of our customers and account teams around the world.

Global Solutions is the link between Google products and business. You will help turn innovation into complete, packaged tools that allow our customers to get the most that they need from our products. As part of the Global Solutions team, you'll help to ensure that Google has adopted the right strategy for our products.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $180,000-$267,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute annual commercialization strategy and business plans to drive business, annual growth and product adoption.
  • Lead a team of global product experts in your domain as well as broader Google-wide efforts to support vertical solutions, automation and industry imperatives. 
  • Manage engagement and leadership with sales teams and specialists to drive sales activation and prioritization of display in the context of a larger global business organization.
  • Prioritize new product features and improvements to existing products that represent sales requests and market innovation in the competitive display landscape. Effectively influence roadmap and delivery with product and engineering teams
  • Lead cross-functional partners in Marketing, gTech, and sales finance to align and execute a shared outlook for success.
