Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in program or project management.
- Experience with post sale Customer Success operations.
- Experience with Supply Chain operations.
Preferred qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
- Experience with cloud computing or distributed systems.
- Knowledge of hardware design and manufacturing processes.

As a Program Manager at Google, you’ll lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish — working with stakeholders to plan requirements, manage project schedules, identify risks, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. Your projects will often span offices, time zones, and hemispheres. It's your job to coordinate the players and keep them up to date on progress and deadlines.Responsibilities
- Guide customers through tools, systems, and processes, ensuring they have the knowledge and resources needed for successful hardware deployments.
- Develop and implement processes to align supply plans with demand forecasts, ensuring efficient order fulfillment and capacity management.
- Gather, organize, and translate customer requirements into orders, providing critical data for the entire supply chain.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to transform customer needs into detailed SKUs and design artifacts, optimizing configurations for performance and cost.
- Prioritize orders, track down missing details, and ensure all orders are comprehensive and ready for supply team action.
