Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8 years of experience in management consulting, sales operations, business strategy, investment banking, venture capital, private equity or corporate advisory, or 6 years of experience with an advanced degree.

Preferred qualifications:

  • MBA or graduate degree.
  • 10 years of experience in management consulting, sales operations, business strategy, investment banking, venture capital, private equity or corporate advisory.
  • Experience in sales or product strategy in traditional or digital advertising.
  • Deep understanding of the commerce media landscape
  • Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to navigate ambiguity and design creative solutions to complex challenges.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to build relationships and gain alignment among diverse stakeholders.

About the job

The Go-to-Market Operations (GTM) team ensures that Google's complex and ever-evolving ads business runs smoothly. We are instrumental in setting the go-to-market strategy and guiding flawless execution and operations against the strategy. We stay focused on aligning the highest-level company priorities with day-to-day operations, while also helping to evolve early stage ideas into future-growth initiatives.

In this role, you will be the central point of contact across all PAs involved in commerce media and responsible for creating cohesive sales and GTM outlook for our products. You will be a key driver in developing and executing the go-to-market strategy for our retail/commerce media products. You will help drive our sales strategy with our sales teams and customers and enable our sellers for scaled activation.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $174,000-$261,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

  • Develop a deep understanding of the customer, market needs, competitive landscape, and key segments.
  • Gather and analyze feedback from advertisers and retailers on our product features and functionality. Prioritize new features and enhancements based on market demand and customer feedback in partnership.
  • Collaborate with regional GTM teams, Global Product Solutions, and Business Development to inform and refine product strategy.
  • Develop compelling sales collateral, trainings, pitch decks, presentations, and customer success stories
  • Collaborate with marketing, SILs and sales leadership to ensure consistent messaging and execute impactful external marketing campaigns.
