Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 2 years of experience in advertising, sales, marketing, consulting or media.
- Ability to communicate in English and Vietnamese fluently to communicate with and serve Vietnamese speaking customers.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience with strategically assessing and achieving client success via business techniques, including effective questioning, objection handling, and competitive selling.
- Ability to proactively reach out to customers/cold calling and enjoy helping customers to add value to their business.
- Ability to manage and prioritize a portfolio in an advertising or media sales context, and achieve goals to drive growth.
- Ability to build compelling narratives and utilize storytelling as a client engagement strategy.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

In this role, you will work with a set of new customers for six months to make them successful long-term and grow the next generation of high-potential customers for Google. You work with a highly engaged, fun team and bring creativity to grow and transform. You will operate like a start-up to enable creativity thought-leadership with a self-management team practice. You will show your strengths in product knowledge, consultative selling, and account management. You will work with cross-functional teams like Acquisitions, Product, Program, and Same-Store.

Responsibilities
- Manage customer portfolios for six months to set them up for long-term success with their digital advertising journey.
- Deliver against assigned customer goals while prioritizing and delivering an outstanding onboarding experience.
- Work with cross-functional teams like Sales, Product, and Program to deliver seamless customer handovers.
- Implement creative ways to improve our customer relationships. Tailor and share performance-enhancing suggestions and promote Google products.
- Communicate proactively with customers via phone, chat, and email to provide strategic advice to help our advertisers get the best return on their investment by working with them in a consultative role.
