Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
  • 9 years of experience in Growth marketing
  • Experience with analytical problem solving or quantitative analysis and communicating or presenting those findings
  • Experience in driving cross-functional projects and alignment in organizations
  • Experience in content marketing or publishing, thought leadership, or Business-to-Business publishing

We're seeking an experienced a Growth Marketer to lead our organic marketing efforts. In this role, you will drive tangible business outcomes by maximizing the uptake of our content across multiple organic/owned channels. This includes developing and executing on a comprehensive cross-channel strategy that attracts, educates, and nurtures current and potential customers throughout different stages of their journey. A core part of this job is continual improvement by testing and learning to drive organic growth. You will be held accountable to, and should be comfortable with, quantitative performance targets.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $159,000-$239,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.

Responsibilities

  • Develop an integrated strategy across channels and a distinct strategy for each channel to optimize content distribution and engagement across web, social media, and email. Drive results across audience engagement and business metrics.
  • Track and analyze performance metrics weekly, monthly, and quarterly (reach, engagement, shares, click-through rates, loyalty) to refine strategy.
  • Implement strategies to grow and segment email lists, social media followers, and other audience communities.
  • Manage process to deliver content across each channel. Support ad hoc operational needs and project manage priority projects, including coordination with regional and local teams.
  • Partner on the curation of high-quality content for specific channels that resonates with target audiences, working with internal teams and external partners.
