Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
  • 9 years of experience in Growth marketing
  • Experience with analytical problem solving or quantitative analysis and communicating or presenting those findings
  • Experience in driving cross-functional projects and alignment in organizations
  • Experience in content marketing or publishing, thought leadership, or Business-to-Business publishing

About the job

The Scaled Growth team drives growth for our Ads business by helping our customers enhance their marketing capabilities and providing them with actionable insights.

We're seeking an experienced Growth Marketer to lead our organic marketing efforts. You will drive tangible business outcomes by maximizing engagement with our content across multiple organic/owned channels. This includes developing and executing on a comprehensive cross-channel strategy that attracts, educates, and nurtures current and potential customers in target segments, throughout different stages of their journey. You will take customers on a personalized journey from engagement to business outcome and work cross-functionally to measure those outcomes.

A core part of this job is continual improvement by testing, learning, and innovating to drive organic growth among priority customer segments. The leader will be held accountable to, and should be comfortable with, quantitative performance targets.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $159,000-$239,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

  • Develop an integrated strategy across organic channels to drive business outcomes. Develop a distinct strategy for each channel to optimize audience engagement and content distribution across channels.
  • Implement strategies to grow a community of engaged marketers from target segments, on the platform. Implement strategies to grow segment email lists, followers, web users and other communities, and run organic email marketing program.
  • Work with measurement teams to align on the right metrics and with technical teams to operationalize them. Analyze performance metrics to refine strategy and execution.
  • Manage processes to deliver content across each channel. Support ad hoc operational needs and manage priority projects.
  • Partner on the curation of high-quality content for specific channels that resonates with target audiences, working with internal/external teams.
