Campaigns Marketing Manager, Google Cloud (English, Portuguese)

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 6 years of experience in marketing working across one or more marketing fields (i.e. growth, product marketing, brand marketing, social).
  • Experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
  • Ability to communicate in English and Portuguese fluently to support client relationship management in this region.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience with campaign creation and execution across multiple channels and geographies.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment similar to a high-tech startup.
  • Experience with multi-product organizations that promote the IT audience.
  • Experience with martech stack, with an understanding of Customer Relationship Management (e.g., Salesforce) and marketing automation systems (e.g., Marketo).
  • Knowledge of demand waterfall and B2B management best practices.
  • Familiarity with B2B growth models and best practices.

Whether you're on a consumer product (like Gmail, Search, Maps, Chrome, Android) or a business product (Google Ads, AdSense, Google Marketing Platform, Analytics), you take part in a complete marketing experience as you lead every facet of the product's journey. From determining positioning, naming, competitive analysis, feature prioritization and external communications, you help shape the representation of the product and help it grow a consumer base. This means you work with a cross-functional team across Sales, corporate communications, legal, webmasters, product development, engineering and more. In this role, you'll be involved with product marketing strategy from beginning to end.

Responsibilities

  • Adapt and launch creative marketing campaigns, delivering results in a matrixed, cross-functional, global organization.
  • Manage program strategies and roadmaps, organize work streams and milestones, gain buy-in across functions and regions.
  • Work closely and in partnership with Global team on regional execution of globally designed campaigns.
  • Analyze and report on performance, informing investment and resource prioritization.
  • Manage asset builds, including banners, landing pages, microsites, emails, whitepapers, reports, social, sales enablement kits, scripts, etc.
