Remote location: Thailand.
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's in Science, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience in the electronics manufacturing industry, hardware design, Printed Circuit Board Assembly (PCBA) manufacturing and testing.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in Design Validation Test Plan on an electronic assembly with the knowledge of Automatic Test Equipment (ATE), Design for X (DfX), quality, and reliability.
- Experience in developing solid, effective technical relationships with agreement manufacturers.
- Knowledge of system, functional, and board level testing.
- Ability to drive root causes analysis, corrective actions and process improvements with cross functional teams, agreement manufacturers and suppliers.
- Excellent problem solving and organizational skills with the ability to produce products.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.

- Lead reviews between Design and Operations Engineering to motivate deliverables that are key to implementing the manufacturing plan and test strategy.
- Lead the technology assessment for new products. Work with the product team to highlight risks and develop mitigation plans to ensure product meets specifications.
- Provide on-site for pre-production builds. Ensure factory readiness, support manufacturing line bring-up, provide product debug training and feedback on build issues. Motivate yield bridge analysis to improve product quality.
- Partner with Quality Engineers to establish product quality and reliability goals. Validate product qualification plans, support reliability testing and review results to ensure product performance meets requirements.
- Coordinate release of NPI Bill of Materials (BOMs) into Product Data Management (PDM) system. Perform technical review of product changes and assess impact on supply chain.
