About the job

Our People Experience Technology team is made up of architects who envision better processes, build them, reliably operate them and then continually improve upon them. As a member of the team, you think holistically about technology, about the tools themselves and the systems and processes that support them. Your projects use technology to streamline and drive processes that are essential to keeping our organization operating. You have a bias for action and impeccable execution. You're a problem solver with drive and creativity who is constantly seeking to make our processes and systems better, faster and more efficient.

Great just isn't good enough for our People Operations team (known elsewhere as "Human Resources"). We bring the world's most innovative people to Google and provide the programs that help them thrive. Whether recruiting the next Googler, refining our core programs, developing talent, or simply looking for ways to inject some more fun into the lives of our Googlers, we bring a data-driven approach that is reinventing the human resources field. You’ll play an essential role advancing a more diverse, accessible, equitable, and inclusive Google through our hiring, promotion, retention, and inclusion practices.
