Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 2 years of experience in digital media, sales, marketing, or product roles.
  • Experience working with digital organizations.
  • Ability to communicate in Spanish and English fluently to support client relationship management in this region.

Preferred qualifications:

  • 2 years of experience building relationships with stakeholders or clients.
  • Experience in creating, developing, and executing performance advertising strategies.
  • Excellent analytical and strategic skills, with experience in consulting or doing data analysis.
  • Results-driven with experience influencing people across functions and managing virtual working groups within a large organization.
  • Knowledge of Google's performance solutions.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, analytical and influencing skills.

About the job

As a Sales Specialist, you practice and embody the Google way of selling in both internal and customer settings. You support customer relationships and product area related client projects by executing complete tasks within the scope of a larger product area related client project (e.g., creating client workshops or pitches). You support product activation activities by interacting with the product community, educating sellers on new products and betas, or building competitive intelligence in the market, with some guidance. You also engage in community contributions to improve and sustain our culture and operations, making Google a better place to work.

Google's Large Customer Sales (LCS) teams are strategic partners and industry thought leaders to the world's leading brands and agencies. We continuously challenge how customers think about their business and how Google can support growth. We focus on helping these players navigate profound industry shifts and drive outsized business performance by competitively selling Google's full suite of advertising solutions across Search, YouTube, Measurement, and more. As a member of our LCS team, you'll have the unique opportunity to sell at the forefront of technology, collaborating with executives, influencing market-shaping strategies, and delivering tangible results that significantly impact major global businesses and drive the growth of Google.

Responsibilities

  • Establish and execute sales/product strategies within functions to specific clients to meet desired outcomes (e.g., business generation, product adoption, etc.), align product and business strategies to develop a roadmap, and provide feedback to inform and align product and Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies.
  • Identify business growth opportunities within the market and for customers and work with internal stakeholders to determine and drive the business growth, potential of opportunities, marketing efficiency, and the incremental investment recommended to achieve customer business outcomes.
  • Manage expectations and maintain relationships with stakeholders to build rapport and credibility, and plan, create, deliver strategy, and provide input to help stakeholders achieve project goals.
  • Share and scale best practices, learnings, and business strategies (e.g., objection handling, pitching, business techniques, etc.) to upscale accounts, and link solutions to meet customer and Google business needs.
