Global Lead, Creator Service Delivery

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 13 years of experience in a sales management consulting, sales operations, sales leadership or related role.
  • 10 years of experience leading a technology-focused vendor program.
  • 8 years of experience in people management.
  • Experience building business cases or plans that incorporate market research, competitive intelligence, and internal resource analysis to recommend a course of action.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience working with multiple vendors, running sales or account management process, support processes for B2B and managing vendor contracts, particularly in a managed services environment.
  • Technical aptitude and knowledge of ML/AI Ops.
  • Proven ability to build trust-based relationships with senior management across IT, businesses, vendors and other stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills.
  • Strong executive management and presentation skills.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $198,000-$279,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with product teams and lead the implementation of creator-specific support workflows.
  • Develop vendor performance management standards along with key stakeholders across multiple parameters - quality, time, innovation, cost, user experience, value generated, productivity, etc.
  • Act as a key point of contact for senior leadership across customer stakeholders and vendors, on matters pertaining to overall vendor strategy and performance.
  • Establish and set strategic direction for the Creator Support team and report vendor performance.
  • Manage a global team.
