Senior Principal, Value Creation, Google Cloud

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 10 years of experience in Strategy Consulting, Value Engineering, Technology Consulting, or Account Sales within cloud computing or the technology sector.
  • Experience in building quantitative value and return on investment models, integrating business and technical elements to construct business cases.

Preferred qualifications:

  • MBA or Master’s degree in management or a related field.
  • Experience effectively managing and influencing C-level executive stakeholders, decisively navigating client environments and delivering significant business outcomes autonomously.
  • Understanding of Technology space (from Infrastructure to GenAI to ability of AI to drive transformative value across sectors).

As a Value Creation Senior Principal supporting the EMEA region you will be responsible for accelerating business growth, working closely with executives at our most strategic customers and clearly articulating the value proposition and business value for our Google partnership. This includes value from Cloud, x-Product Areas and solutions. You will play a critical role in helping our clients achieve their business goals. You will leverage your expertise and understanding of Google Cloud and cross-Google solutions to identify opportunities for revenue growth, cost optimization, performance improvement, and overall value enhancement. By working closely with our Sales and other Go-to-market (GTM) teams, you will ensure that our clients receive the most effective solutions for their unique needs. You will partner with these teams to deliver on the highest priority opportunities to drive new bookings and revenues for Google.Google Cloud accelerates every organization’s ability to digitally transform its business and industry. We deliver enterprise-grade solutions that leverage Google’s cutting-edge technology, and tools that help developers build more sustainably. Customers in more than 200 countries and territories turn to Google Cloud as their trusted partner to enable growth and solve their most critical business problems.

Responsibilities

  • Own executive relationships and conversations on business value from Google partnership. This includes CEO-agenda value pitches and value-based proposals and financial modeling to secure client outcomes for strategic deals, leveraging a deep understanding of commercial structures.
  • Drive and lead cross-functional transformation programs and critical workstreams from design and facilitation to successful program management. This includes strategic co-innovation programs with our most strategic customers.
  • Apply advanced strategic problem-solving and investigative skills, coupled with financial analysis expertise, to hypothesize open-ended issues, prioritize key value drivers, and present credible solutions to C-level executives.
  • Develop and nurture trusted partnerships with executive internal leaders and external client executives, navigating organizational structures to align objectives and drive collaborative success.
