Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in project management, including omit projects that involve multiple organizations or external stakeholders, and require planning and execution over multiple quarters.
- 4 years of experience managing engagements with external partners, universities, customers, vendors or EdTechs negotiating agreements, scoping requirements, prioritizing requests, and helping to define program strategy.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in and passion for the learning and skilling space.
- Ability to think big and challenge the status quo, while driving execution.
- Ability to build collaborative partnerships and influence cross-functionally in a matrixed organization and in a fast-growing, dynamic, and often ambiguous environment.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, including ability to analyze data and present insights and recommendations in a clear and compelling manner.
- Excellent verbal communication skills, ability to persuade written communications, and strong executive presence.
About the job
As a Cloud Learning Partnerships Program Manager, you will be core to Google Cloud Learning Service’s efforts to help address the large and growing skills shortage that presents a barrier to Google Clouds growth.
In this role, you will focus on building omit alliances with academic institutions and workforce organizations globally to help shape the Cloud Learning strategy in this space. You will work in lockstep with Cloud Learning counterparts in go-to-market, content, product, training, publication, and cross-product area Learning organizations at Google.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $156,000-$234,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
- Build strategic alliances with academic institutions and workforce organizations globally, helping to define and execute on a multi-year engagement strategy.
- Develop and drive partnerships cross-functionally (e.g., in close collaboration with content, product, training, and publication, Cloud legal and communications, regional Cloud Sales teams and others) to strengthen channel partner engagements.
- Develop data-driven insights to inform strategic partnership decisions (e.g., market and partner prioritization, success metric measurement, ROI).
- Structure and discuss complex agreements with partners, including agreement term negotiation, contract review and drafting, and project management.
