Global Program Manager, Global Clients and Agency Solutions (English, Korean)

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 7 years of experience in Sales, Project, Program Management or Partnership Management.
  • Ability to communicate in English and Korean fluently as this is a customer-facing role that requires interactions in English and Korean with local stakeholders.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience working with brand advertisers, agencies, or clients, collaborating with multiple internal and external stakeholders at the global scale.
  • Experience communicating and collaborating with clients and cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity, be curious and resilient.
  • Excellent creative investigative, negotiation skills, and ability to be agile under pressure, with effective business acumen.
  • Excellent solution-oriented problem solving and execution skills.
  • Passion for building the global commercial agreement business at Global Clients and Agency Solutions (GCAS).

Whether through building stronger tech and media foundations, surfacing cutting edge insights or structuring industry dialogue, GCAS helps shape what’s next into now.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and secure all Video Incentive Program (VIP) negotiations with the client. Drive and shape the global agreement strategy for the large GCAS ads account.
  • Manage the Global VIP across regions, countries and local teams both internally and externally to drive business forward.
  • Partner with clients and media agencies to ensure timely activation of committed programs, driving optimal business impact. Understand different channels of financial incentives and value propositions that Google teams offer to maximize business results.
  • Engage in cross-functional collaboration across GCAS and Google teams and map out new agreement opportunities to explore and tap into. Drive successful execution of VIPs and Media Trial Programs (MTPs) for APAC Auto and Tech clients through cross-functional collaboration with GCAS to ensure optimal business impact.
  • Oversee client and agency communication, focusing on timely activation and delivery.
