Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience with software development in one or more programming languages (e.g., Python, C, C++, Java, JavaScript).
- 5 years of experience in a technical leadership role; overseeing projects, with 5 years of experience in a people management, supervision/team leadership role.
- Experience in developing software applications using TypeScript and Go programming languages.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master's degree in Computer Science or related technical field.
- 2 years of experience with software development in Node, Go, or Python.
- 2 years of experience building products or features that utilize machine learning models through the full cycle of data collection, model development to deployment.
- Experience with inter-team/cross-functional collaboration.
- Experience generating innovative ideas and excellent execution.

Responsibilities
- Develop the Google Generative AI SDK that enables third-party developers to leverage the Gemini models.
- Understand developers of Large Language Model-based applications.
- Build production-scale features to productionize a new generative AI technical stack.
- Collaborate with partner product areas/teams to advance LLM state-of-the-art techniques, and realize real-world product impact in the meantime.
