Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 10 years of experience in project/product/program management, sales operations, or management consulting.
- Experience working with executive level clients or stakeholders, such as running periodic stakeholder engagements or steering committees.
- Experience with quantitative analysis and building user journeys.
- Ability to communicate in English fluently to support client relationship management.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master's degree in Business Administration, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience as a subject matter expert on compensation plans in the technology industry or cloud.
- Experience in managing a diverse set of stakeholders and projects with work streams through to completion.
- Experience with large data sets, synthesizing insights and recommending actions from data.
- Ability to prioritize deliverables and make appropriate trade-offs when determining an action plan.
- Excellent business acumen, strategic thinking, and communication skills.

As a Program Manager at Google, you’ll lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish — working with stakeholders to plan requirements, manage project schedules, identify risks, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. Responsibilities
- Process, plan, and facilitate workshops, with business teams, executives and executive leaders/managers to gather business requirements and inform plans.
- Work with partner teams and subject matter experts to understand pain points and productivity blockers to document. Build out key user journeys and high level business requirements.
- Engage with business systems transformation and engineering project managers to ensure projects and deliverables stay on track and follow the business systems transformation operating framework.
- Communicate with cross-functional stakeholders using communication channels and ensure that the communication is clear, concise, and informative.
- Work with the Change Management team to ensure that the changes land well and track metrics on a periodic basis.
