Partner Delivery Lead

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience in program management, vendor operations, or a similar tech/media environment.
  • Experience managing vendor demand, delivery, and operating expenses (OPEX) tracking.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience working collaboratively and effectively across global teams and cultural landscapes.
  • Knowledge of advertising solutions and the media landscape with a focus on advertising agencies.
  • Excellent problem-solving, and execution and thinking skills on ambiguous problems.
  • Excellent communication, team-work and presentation skills with the ability to influence cross-functional and executive leadership.

gTech Ads is responsible for all support and media and technical services for customers big and small across our entire Ad products stack. We help our customers get the most out of our Ad and Publisher products and guide them when they need help. We provide a range of services from enabling better self help and in-product support, to providing better support through interactions, setting up accounts and implementing ad campaigns, and providing media solutions for customers business and marketing needs and providing complex technical and measurement solutions along with consultative support for our large customers. These solutions range from bespoke and customized ones for our customers to scalable support for millions of customers worldwide. Based on the evolving needs of our ads customers, we partner with Sales, Product and Engineering teams within Google to develop better solutions, tools, and services to improve our products and enhance our client experience. As a cross-functional and global team, we ensure our customers get the best return on investment with Google and we remain a trusted partner.

As the Partner Delivery Lead, you will be the operational mastermind behind our educational partner-facing programs. You will own the program management of our vendor-supported initiatives, from scaled training camps to partner center livestreams and beyond. This role requires a focus on operational excellence, workflow optimization, and vendor management to deliver excellent experiences for agencies and partners.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the team’s operations, including staffing, capacity, and logistics. Conduct regular quarterly business reviews (QBRs) with vendor leadership to ensure all volume, service level agreement (SLA), and quality targets are met.
  • Oversee the comprehensive program management of camps and partner center, ensuring a seamless bridge between the team’s plans and flawless, on-the-ground execution.
  • Identify operational bottlenecks and optimize workflows to elevate the educational experience for partners and meet execution standards.
  • Own the operational budget and resource allocation for vendor programs. Manage operating expenses, oversee staffing requirements, and track execution against planned spend to ensure maximum efficiency and resource utilization.
