About the job

YouTube Biz Segment GTM is responsible for designing and delivering our service models for our Business Development, Creator and Consumer Success, and Partner Engineering teams to drive sustainable partner growth and customer lifetime value. The team will work closely with Business, Product and Marketing leaders to optimize impact and cost-to-serve across these partner and consumer segments. The core capabilities of the team include innovating and gaining alignment on our partner and consumer service models — who we serve, what service is provided to achieve growth, how the service is provided and incentivized — defining measures of success (impact, productivity, ROI), enabling change management with frontline teams and developing pilots to test new frontline models.

In this role, you will be a thought partner and advisor to the YouTube APAC leadership team, helping them make critical business decisions. Your insights will be backed by local and regional industry and market expertise, coupled with core business metrics. You will also be a critical team member in monitoring the health of the business across the region, surfacing opportunities and hot spots, and developing cross-functional action plans to drive the business.

We are seeking an individual to join the YouTube APAC team. In this role, you will be instrumental in driving regional market analysis, shaping strategic initiatives, and providing data-driven insights to guide critical business decisions. You will collaborate closely with leadership and cross-functional teams across APAC and globally to identify growth opportunities, address challenges, and enhance YouTube's go-to-market approach.

At YouTube, we believe that everyone deserves to have a voice, and that the world is a better place when we listen, share, and build community through our stories. We work together to give everyone the power to share their story, explore what they love, and connect with one another in the process. Working at the intersection of cutting-edge technology and boundless creativity, we move at the speed of culture with a shared goal to show people the world. We explore new ideas, solve real problems, and have fun — and we do it all together.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and refinement of country-level market diagnostics, identifying hotspots, growth opportunities and escalation paths. Contribute to quarterly regional reports, providing insights on risks and cross-functional action plans.
  • Conduct data analysis to understand viewership patterns and growth metrics. Translate data into recommendations for partners and develop local narratives for annual and mid-year country reviews in collaboration with country leads.
  • Program manage regional projects, driving cross-functional action plans between Business, Marketing, and Product teams within the region and globally.
  • Provide thought leadership and ensure alignment across various stakeholders, including regional Go-to-Market teams, Partnerships, Marketing, Communications, Legal, and Product. Integrate regional feedback into global planning cycles.
  • Develop and implement innovative experiments to enhance our Go-to-Market strategies. Perform data analyses to define parameters and evaluate efficacy, navigate internal processes, and support leadership in scaling initiatives.
