About the job

The RCI Compliance PMO is a new and evolving team responsible for ensuring complete and timely delivery of compliance projects. Our team acts as a central monitoring and coordination function, ensuring that compliance work is transparent and on track, working quickly to identify risks and unblock as needed. We work closely with teams in RCI and Global Affairs as well as with Compliance teams across Google.

The Compliance Program Manager role is an opportunity to join an emerging, impactful team at a critical moment to drive execution of RCI’s core compliance portfolio. To succeed our team needs to quickly and creatively improve our organization’s ability to track progress, forecast load, anticipate risks and drive closure on compliance projects. We are seeking exceptional program managers with an itch to get things done who are able to build strong, trusting relationships with an array of stakeholders.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $147,000-$216,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

  • Creative tracking of compliance processes, progress, and KPIs, providing clear and timely updates to leadership and proactively troubleshooting risks.
  • Orchestrates exceptional and independent program and portfolio management, meticulously attending to detail and execution to ensure smooth and timely project delivery.
  • Understand the process and compliance portfolio sufficient to clearly contextualize status, goals and highlight and drive key risks/issues to closure.
  • Develop partnerships to facilitate shared projects, build trust and continue to evolve RCI.
  • Help build the PMO function within RCI and knit together Compliance functions across Google.
