Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 10 years of experience with infrastructure in Business-to-Business (B2B) pricing or business strategy.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience working in large, complex agreement pricing with business or customers.
- Experience in computer science, mathematics, statistics, and engineering.
- Excellent spreadsheet modeling and quantitative analysis skills.
About the job
In this role, you will be responsible to support agreement pricing for a region or a sub-region. You will build relationships with regional business and other functional leadership and align agreement pricing with the regional strategic priorities.

Responsibilities
- Lead pricing models, support business teams, and navigate cross-functional collaboration to achieve optimal agreement structures. Lead global pricing strategies, analyze trends, and drive continuous improvement in pricing policies and processes.
- Develop deep product expertise and leverage cloud/industry understanding to address customer needs. Foster partnerships across teams to shape issues and drive business outcomes.
- Apply investigative and strategic thinking to manage complex problems, engage executive leadership, and collaborate cross-functionally to drive business outcomes.
- Guide the team on pricing strategies and best practices related to the evolving cloud landscape. Coach, mentor, and develop team members to enhance their skills, performance, and career growth.
- Provide strategic direction and inspire the broader team to achieve collective goals, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and high performance.
