Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 6 years of experience in Apps, Gaming, technology, advertising, marketing technology, management consulting, or product management.
  • 2 years of experience working with Product Management or Engineering teams, executive leadership, and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • 2 years of experience developing business strategies or managing cross-functional initiatives.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience partnering or managing Vendor teams.
  • Ability to think not only about driving program operations, but driving program strategy and co-owning execution and outcomes.
  • Ability to advise on strategies and systems requirements to enhance performance and operations.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to analyze research or performance data, develop insights and apply the insight to optimize strategy.
  • Excellent operations skills, ability to define processes to land program strategy.
  • Excellent communication skills emails and presentation skills.

About the job

As a Scaled Partnerships Program Lead you will lead a Global Program which drives outcomes across thousands of Play’s growing partners globally, and will evolve the ways in which both the scaled team and the broader Partnerships team engage with our partners. As part of the program ownerships, the Scaled Partnerships Program Lead will oversee a team of vendors in executing against the program strategy, related processes and operations.

You will use the insights and learnings from the scaled program to inform how the broader Play Partnerships team gains further operational efficiencies and effectiveness.

The Global Partnerships organization is responsible for exploring new opportunities with Google's partners. Google’s Global Partnerships team works with a wide range of partners to bring the best of Google to power their business. The Global Partnerships team supports Google’s own Product teams with essential partnerships to help Google’s user experiences in advertising, Search, Assistant, Maps, Travel, Shopping, Payments and more. Teams create product-enabling partnerships, go-to-market strategies and incubate business growth for a variety of products.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $142,000-$211,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

  • Design and develop ecosystem Partnerships strategy to accelerate success of emerging Apps and Games developers at scale, defining priorities and building systems to track and report progress.
  • Manage a global scaled partnerships program creating efficiencies, repeatable processes and ultimate driving performance growth for our partners.
  • Build, maintain, and evolve external relationships with Google Play partners and across the Apps and Games ecosystem, and manage partnerships with entities of all sizes.
  • Develop cross-product area partner initiatives and build go-to-market strategies to meet broader Google goals across changing industries.
  • Engage with several internal cross-functional teams across multiple geographies to incubate, launch, improve, and scale new programs, features and developer experiences across markets and functional areas.
