Business Analyst, Global Partnerships Sellside

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative discipline or equivalent practical experience.
  • 2 years of experience in consulting, business analytics, or quantitative analysis related fields.
  • 2 years of experience in SQL and Data Visualization (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Power BI, Qlik, or similar technologies).

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience with data warehousing or data modeling concepts.
  • Experience with big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark, Python, or R).
  • Experience with translating business requirements to BI solutions.
  • Experience with explaining technical analysis to stakeholders.
  • Experience in marketing analytics or business strategy.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze datasets (internal Google data, external market trends, financial performance) to identify untapped growth opportunities, emerging markets, and new verticals for our business.
  • Develop problem-solving frameworks and dashboards to monitor, forecast, and optimize business performance metrics across our global ecosystem.
  • Address macro-level business challenges. This includes everything from optimizing business generation strategies in evolving regulatory landscapes to build forecasting.
  • Translate problem-solving findings into clear, concise, and persuasive data-driven narratives. You will regularly present your insights to audiences, influencing direction and driving business decisions.
  • Identify and drive improvements in business processes and operational efficiencies, leveraging data to streamline workflows and enhance productivity.
