 - 9 years of experience in growth marketing or subscription marketing.
 - 3 years of experience with paid media, life cycle marketing, email, notifications, web.
 - 2 years of experience managing people or teams.
 - Experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
 
Preferred qualifications:
- 9 years of experience in product-led growth marketing working across user acquisition and engagement.
 - 3 years of experience in quantitative analysis to generate insights and drive business decisions.
 
About the job
Whether you're on a consumer product (like Gmail, Search, Maps, Chrome, Android) or a business product (Google Ads, AdSense, Google Marketing Platform, Analytics), you take part in a complete marketing experience as you lead every facet of the product's journey. From determining positioning, naming, competitive analysis, feature prioritization and external communications, you help shape the product and help it grow a consumer base. This means you work with a cross-functional team across Sales, corporate communications, legal, webmasters, product development, engineering and more. In this role, you'll be involved with product marketing strategy from beginning to end.
As a Growth Marketing lead for Google Fi Wireless you will take ownership of the full marketing funnel, driving user acquisition, engagement. You won't just be executing campaigns, you will be a strategic leader, defining and owning the growth road map for these products and in-product channels.
In this role, you will be managing a team with the job of driving the strategy, identifying growth opportunities, and delivering impact. You will be data-driven leader who is passionate about creating a user experience, and who can partner with cross-functional teams across Product Marketing, Product, Engineering, Finance, and Analytics.

Responsibilities
- Manage and mentor a team, lead and develop a team of growth marketing specialists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
 - Serve as a subject-matter-expert on growth strategies, providing thought leadership and presenting regularly to marketing and product executives.
 - Develop and execute life cycle marketing strategies, design and implement multi-channel campaigns (email, web, in-product) across the entire subscriber journey, from acquisition to multi-product adoption, and win-back.
 - Lead A/B testing and experimentation, continuously test and iterate on messaging, creative, and channel strategies to identify optimal approaches for improving performance.
 - Partner with Product, UX, Engineering, Analytics, and Product Marketing teams to launch new growth campaigns, features, or incentives, and drive operational efficiency/creative excellence.
