Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 15 years of experience in leading strategy, business, product or operations.
  • Experience in working across organizations and regions, and with stakeholder management.
  • Experience in operational initiatives and leading cross-functional projects.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in operations, business strategy or product roles including business development, and external partnerships management.
  • Experience in working with app developers or advertising technology in Asia-Pacific (APAC).
  • Experience in solution promotion, pre-business or consulting roles with software products and technologies.
  • Experience in building and leading teams in cross-functional organizations with the ability to collaborate with stakeholders across borders.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present technical information to executives and non-technical leaders.

About the job

In this role, you will be responsible for the AdMob quota product. You will own global format innovation including native, icon ads, and immersive in game ads. You will be a representative to the Asia-Pacific (APAC) and its country manager group, providing a single point of aggregation for the sellside product strategy for the region.The Global Partnerships organization is responsible for exploring new opportunities with Google's partners. Google’s Global Partnerships team works with a wide range of partners to bring the best of Google to power their business. The Global Partnerships team supports Google’s own Product teams with essential partnerships to help Google’s user experiences in advertising, Search, Assistant, Maps, Travel, Shopping, Payments and more. Teams create product-enabling partnerships, go-to-market strategies and incubate business growth for a variety of products.

Responsibilities

  • Manage relationships with stakeholders based in Singapore to win new developer mindshare, influence thousands of app publishers and integrate Artificial Intelligence (AI) into the customer support approach.
  • Work on strategy and commercialization for existing and emerging app formats including native, icon ads, and immersive in game ads.
  • Support APAC Leadership with regional product strategy, using local and global responsibilities. Manage APAC web and video priorities, and local apps efforts such as operational collaboration with Google Ads and third-party buyers.
  • Act as a local site for culture, building community for the APAC team.
