Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 4 years of experience in Trust and Safety, policy, business operations, content moderations or related fields.
- Ability to communicate in Vietnamese and English fluently to manage communications and policy in the region.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in developing narratives to influence internal and external stakeholders, as well as presenting to senior executives in the organization.
- Knowledge of content moderation, development operations, policy enforcement, customer support or policy creation.
- Ability to solve operational or policy problems, working with various cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present policy concepts.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail in a fluid environment.

- Lead the resolutions of various policy related issues for Trust and Safety (T&S) Play and Android Operations in the region to ensure a safe app experience.
- Manage escalations, and deliver process improvement to mitigate the future risks, working with stakeholders across Play Partnerships, Policy, Operations, Engineering, Product, Government Affairs and Legal teams.
- Deliver cross-functional projects collaborating with teams across various regions to land foundational improvement to our policies and enforcement processes.
- Represent APAC region to gather stakeholder feedback for Google Play Policies and Operations, identify risks and build strategies.
- Lead policy education for developers in the region and improve the presence and influence of Google Play.
