Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 15 years of experience in marketing analytics, strategy consulting, financial modeling, or statistical analysis.
- 7 years of experience in a sales leadership and people management role, including coaching, mentoring, and team development.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience with marketing analytics tools (e.g., experimentation frameworks, attribution models, measuring incrementally, statistical approaches, SQL, R, Python, etc.).
- Experience using or deploying digital analytics, measurement, and ad tech solutions.
- Experience in media management or advertising effectiveness research.
- Ability to influence and communicate cross-functionally with all levels of management internally and externally.

As a Head of Data, Measurement and Analytics, you will lead a team of Data Transformation Leads and Analytical Leads to grow Google business and advance client data, tech, and measurement maturity.
Google's Large Customer Sales (LCS) teams are strategic partners and industry thought leaders to the world's leading brands and agencies. The US base salary range for this full-time position is $173,000-$243,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
- Define the Data, Measurement, and Analytics strategy for the Marketplaces Vertical.
- Advocate for the value of data strength and Google's technical infrastructure to enhance measurement foundation and capabilities.
- Prove and improve media ROI through business insights, advanced analytics, experimentation, and measurement methods to optimize outcomes and demonstrate value.
- Build and sustain a collaborative, high-performing team. Support them in delivering full-funnel measurement strategies and learning agendas. Coach the team to focus on high-value opportunities, scale successes, and define clear responsibilities.
- Cultivate, lead, and manage relationships with executive internal and external leaders. Lead discussions and collaborate with Industry Directors, Heads of Industry, Go-to-Market, and gPS to achieve measurement and business goals.
