Senior Analytical Lead, Agency Sales

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8 years of experience in media analytics, advertising sales, digital media and marketing, consulting, or financial analysis.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience finding compelling insights and building narratives.
  • Experience building partnerships through discovery and client -first questions.
  • Experience working with advertisers, agencies, and clients, with the knowledge of traditional as well as digital marketing tactics and strategy.
  • Knowledge of google ads, comprehensive of product capabilities and systems.
  • Knowledge of measurement capabilities, including marketing mix modelling, incrementality, store visits, and store sales.
  • Excellent project management skills across multiple stakeholders.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $118,000-$174,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

  • Lead the data, measurement, analytics strategy for some of the largest, most dynamic customers in Agency. Advance measurement maturity for an important Agency. Provide measurement leadership across a portfolio of accounts operating company or operating committee (OpCo) and guide actionable insights.
  • Evolve Search strategy by setting the required foundation and infrastructure for measurement needed to advance and maximize Search Value.
  • Build and strengthen relationships with influential cross-functional teams to deliver the best of Google to our clients - Agency Measurement Leadership, Data Science Teams, Analytics Teams.
  • Manage trusted relationships with internal and external stakeholders, and work with cross-site and cross-functional teams to drive short- and long-term account growth.
  • Be the go-to resource for media sellers within the agency team to support measurement/analytics conversations
