Media Effectiveness Specialist, Large Customer Sales (English, Italian)

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience in digital media, sales, marketing, or product roles.
  • Experience working with digital organizations.
  • Experience identifying and recommending ways to improve product and customer strategy.
  • Experience using Python and R for data analysis and statistical modeling.
  • Ability to communicate fluently in English and Italian to work with customers in Italy.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in presenting insights and results to senior audiences.
  • Experience in dealing with and influencing senior advertiser/agency decision makers.
  • Experience with brand third-party measurement solutions, site analytics, CRM, and data systems.
  • Knowledge of Google measurement capabilities across ad and media platforms including Google Ads, Google Marketing Platform and Google Analytics.
  • Ability to manage a fast-paced environment, with constantly evolving technology and across different markets and industries.
  • Ability to be comfortable with ambiguity and operating in a complex environment with multiple internal and external stakeholders.

As a Media Effectiveness Specialist, you will help advertisers measure the effectiveness of their media leveraging different solutions.


Our Large Customer Sales teams partner closely with many of the world’s biggest advertisers and agencies to develop digital solutions that build businesses and brands. We enjoy a bird’s eye view on the massive transformation occurring as advertising shifts to mobile and online platforms. We're uniquely situated to help shape how companies grow their businesses in the digital age. We advise clients on Google's broad range of products across search, video and mobile to help them connect instantly and seamlessly with their audiences.

Responsibilities

  • Establish and execute sales/product strategies within functions to specific clients to meet desired outcomes (e.g., business generation, product adoption, etc.), align product and business strategies to develop a roadmap, and provide feedback to inform and align product and go-to Market (GTM) strategies.
  • Identify business growth opportunities within the market and for customers and work with internal stakeholders to determine and drive the business growth, potential of opportunities, and marketing efficiency, and the incremental investment recommended to achieve customer business outcomes.
  • Manage expectations and maintain relationships with stakeholders to build rapport and credibility, and plan, create, deliver strategy, and provide input to help stakeholders achieve project goals.
  • Share and scale best practices, learnings, and business strategies (e.g., objection handling, pitching, business techniques, etc.) to upscale accounts to meet customer needs.
