About the job
Google Customer Solutions Sales teams are trusted advisors and competitive sellers who maintain a relentless focus on customer success by bringing the best Google has to offer. When our millions of advertisers and publishers are happy, so are we. Our Google Customer Solutions (GCS) team of entrepreneurial, enthusiastic and client-focused members of Google, helping entrepreneurs both individually and broadly build their online presence and grow their businesses. We are dedicated to growing the unique needs of advertising companies. Our teams of strategists, analysts, advisers and support specialists collaborate closely to spot and analyze customer needs and trends. Together, we create and implement business plans broadly for all types of businesses.
In this role, you will partner with agency executives, GCS customer sellers, and cross-channel agency teams to drive business growth and product adoption via long-term relationship building and agreement making. You will be responsible for bringing our partners on a journey by determining where our agency, customer, and Google strategies and GCS priorities align to enable both agency and customer success.
Many of our advertising clients rely on agencies to plan, execute, and manage their marketing activities and advertising campaigns. The Agency team is responsible for empowering these clients to achieve their marketing and advertising goals through effective agency partnerships. This involves collaborating directly with both agencies and advertisers, while also helping agencies enhance their capabilities to better serve their clients.
Your role is to identify opportunities to cultivate agency growth, enabling them to reach their full potential in supporting clients and achieving scalable impact.

- Own and strengthen executive-level agency relationships through key C-level meetings, quarterly reviews, and speaking engagements.
