Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in media analytics, advertising sales, digital media and marketing, consulting, or financial analysis.
- 3 years of experience in Google advertising products and measurement solutions such as Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.
Preferred qualifications:
- 1 year of client-facing experience, with the ability to influence across levels.
- Ability to analyze large datasets and distill them into actionable insights that are presented in a logical and compelling story.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to deliver simple and compelling stories to audiences of all levels.

As an Data Transformation Lead, you are a trusted advisor to large customers and agencies, using data-driven insights to solve clients' growth issues and achieve their business goals. You will serve as the Google owner of clients’ marketing measurement plans and a key partner to Google's ad sales teams, who will work to bring the best of Google's advertising solutions to their customers. You will have an investigative background with experience in marketing analytics or statistical analysis. You are able to refine complex situations into a few actionable insights.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $108,000-$154,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
- Own the sales cycle for key data and measurement capabilities and tech infrastructure to drive customer adoption and growth of Google’s solutions. Develop and manage a sales pipeline for product adoption progress across the book of business.
- Establish as a trusted advisor and technical product seller who understands how durable measurement infrastructure strategy will help customers overcome unique industry and ecosystem challenges; and can articulate deep product knowledge to support customer business objectives.
- Work cross-functionally with sales, product or technical specialists, and Google partners to synthesize technical and strategic business requirements into cohesive business cases.
- Effectively sell and triage handoffs for implementation, act as a liaison between key partner teams to ensure project completion and on-going value is delivered.
- Identify, cultivate, and own client relationships within advertisers and agencies.
